1.Does MK32 run Google service?
MK32 handheld ground station runs Android OS, in which the Google service is included by default.
2.Can MK32 run third-party applications?
The Android OS in MK32 handheld ground station can run any applications which are compatible with Android 9.0 and above operating system.
3.How many languages do MK32 OS support? How can I change the system language?
The Android OS in MK32 handheld ground station supports almost all available languages, which can be switched in system settings easily.
4.How long does it take for the MK32 ground unit to be fully charged? What about battery life?
MK32 ground unit can be fully charged in 3.5 hours by the original PD 30W fast charger.Please turn off the ground unit before charging. It can run up to 10 hours after a full-charge.
5.How many cameras can be connected to MK32 air unit? Can I switch the camera display?
MK32 air unit can plug two IP cameras through an FPV Hub. Through SIYI FPV app we can check dual video stream simultaneously. Welcome to refer to the manual for more detail.
6.Is SIYI link compatible with any third-party link?
SIYI's link is pass-through, which means it can transmit any data and protocol, but it is not compatible with third-party links using private protocol.
7.What is the bandwidth of the MK32 link?
Uploading bandwidth is 7M, downloading bandwidth is 14M.
8.What is the difference between MK32 and MK32E?
MK32 is the major model. Working frequency is 5 GHz, of which the long range performance is optimized by massive field tests, hardware turning, and software work. The MK32 link is compatible with HM30 and MK15.
MK32E is prepared for specific market in which only 2.4 GHz is allowed. The MK32E link is compatible with MK15E. The MK15E / MK32E link is not compatible with the MK15 / HM30 / MK32 link. The long range performance of MK15E / MK32E is no better than MK15 / HM30 / MK32.
*E does not stand for Enterprise.
9.What is the difference between dual version and normal version?
Dual version comes with “Dual Operator” and “RC Relay” features. Normal version does not.
10.Can the MK32 link communicate with Windows GCS through WiFi Hotspot in UDP protocol?
The feature is not available. Welcome to follow future product updates for MK32.
11.What GCS (Ground Control Software) do you guys suggest for using with the MK32 link?
Open-source GCS like QGround Control and Mission Planner. Android GCS can run in MK32 OS directly. Windows GCS can communicate with the MK32 link through Bluetooth or the Type-C upgrade port.
12.I am a user of UGV / USV. How much range should I expect from the MK32 link in ground to ground or ground to water surface test?
MK32 system has got many customers in UGV and USV community. Equiped with the standard omni antenna, in an unobstructed and free of interference environment, the ground to ground or ground to water surface range test is usually one to two kilometers. Equiped with long range directional antenna, the range can be extended to more than two kilometers.
